Annual Black Maternal Health Fair!
The Annual Black Maternal Health Fair (ABMHF) is a yearly event held in October that brings together families, community partners, and Black-owned businesses to raise awareness and provide resources for maternal and infant health. The fair features door prizes, free meals, and giveaways, while also highlighting community voices and promoting equity in birth work. It’s a celebration of connection, learning, and collective action for healthier outcomes.
Birth KY Better Tours
The Birth Better Together Tour is a monthly opportunity to learn how your support can strengthen GBI’s mission to #BirthKYBetter. Join us at 708 S 16th Street on January 27 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM to explore how your involvement can enhance the Purple Pledge and advance equitable birth outcomes in our community. Guests will meet at the S 16th Street side entrance, with street parking available nearby and additional parking accessible from Broadway. This guided tour offers a closer look at our work, our impact, and how your contribution can make a meaningful difference.
